一、簡介與適用範圍 / Overview & Scope

淬鍊影像 Quench Photo（以下簡稱「本網站」或「我們」）由攝影師本人獨立營運。為確保個人隱私與資料安全，本隱私權政策說明我們如何處理透過本網站、自用 Chrome 擴充功能（Inquiry Chat Sync）以及 Google 帳號授權自用自動化工具所收集、傳輸與儲存的資料。

Quench Photo ("we", "us", or "our") is operated independently by the photographer. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website, use our self-use Chrome extension (Inquiry Chat Sync), or interact with our authorized Google service automation workflows.

二、Inquiry Chat Sync 擴充功能資料處理說明 / Chrome Extension Data Practices

「Inquiry Chat Sync」為攝影師本人內部營運與客戶溝通紀錄整理之工具：

  • 收集與讀取範圍：僅在使用者主動點擊擴充功能介面執行同步或匯入時，讀取目前瀏覽器標籤頁所開啟的單一通訊介面（如 LINE Official Account Manager 對話頁面、Instagram 私訊對話頁面）之可見文字內容、時間戳記與發言者稱呼；或由使用者主動選擇上傳之私人對話匯出純文字檔；或使用者主動記錄之公開作品貼文網址與文案。擴充功能絕無背景自動常駐收集、不會讀取未開啟或無關之分頁，亦不會自動點擊或代表使用者發送訊息。
  • 資料傳輸與儲存：資料傳輸一律透過加密連線（HTTPS/TLS）傳送至 Quench Photo 專屬自有後端收集服務（line-inquiry-collector，部署於 Cloudflare Workers / D1），儲存於受存取控制保護之專屬資料庫。
  • 使用目的：所收集之對話紀錄與詢問內容僅用於攝影師本人內部之客戶詢問脈絡分析、服務報價需求整理與營運流程改善，絕不移作其他用途。
  • 非公開工具：本擴充功能為攝影師內部自用與測試工具，不向大眾公開提供商業服務。

The "Inquiry Chat Sync" Chrome extension is an internal operational tool used by the photographer. It only reads visible conversation text, timestamps, and sender labels on the currently active single conversation tab (or user-selected export text files) when the user explicitly clicks the sync action. All data is transmitted over HTTPS to our private collector service (line-inquiry-collector) hosted on Cloudflare Workers/D1 and is used solely for the photographer's internal business inquiry analysis and workflow management.

三、Google 帳號授權自用工具說明 / Google User Data Practices

為提升內部攝影接案排程與經營管理效率，我們使用了經 Google 帳號授權之內部自用工具：

  • Gmail API（唯讀 / Read-only）：僅用於讀取攝影師本人業務信箱之客戶詢問通知信件摘要，以利即時掌握案件動態，絕不修改、刪除或發送信件。
  • Google 試算表 API（Google Sheets API）：用於讀取或記錄內部經營商機追蹤表與工作進度。
  • Google 雲端硬碟 API（Google Drive API）：用於內部工作區筆記與檔案備份同步。
  • 自用限制：上述工具僅供攝影師本人帳號授權使用，不對外開放，亦不存取非本人授權之任何第三方 Google 帳號資料。

We use internal automation tools authorized under the photographer's Google Account to access Gmail (read-only), Google Sheets, and Google Drive. These tools are strictly for the photographer's internal administrative and scheduling workflows and never access third-party Google account data.

四、Google API 服務與 Chrome Web Store 使用者資料政策合規聲明 / Policy Compliance & Limited Use

我們嚴格遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy 與 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy：

  • Limited Use 聲明：Inquiry Chat Sync 及 Quench Photo 內部自動化工具對從 Google API 或瀏覽器擴充功能接收之資訊的使用與向其他應用程式的傳輸，均遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy（包含 Limited Use 要求）以及 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy。
  • 不向第三方出售或分享：我們絕不出售、租賃、交易任何使用者資料或對話內容，亦不將資料提供給廣告商、資料經紀商或任何非必要之第三方。
  • 不用於人工智慧訓練：我們不會將個人通訊或使用者資料用於公開或通用的機器學習/人工智慧模型訓練。

Inquiry Chat Sync and Quench Photo internal automation tools' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as well as the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy. We never sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties or data brokers, and data is never used for general AI/ML training.

五、資料保存與刪除 / Data Retention & Deletion

  • 保存期限：資料僅於達成上述內部營運分析與案件紀錄之必要期間內保存。
  • 刪除方式：若您曾與我們洽談並希望刪除與您相關之對話紀錄或詢問資料，請隨時透過下方聯絡信箱向我們提出請求，我們將於收到請求後儘速核對並於資料庫中永久刪除。

Data is retained only as long as necessary for business analysis and service records. You may request deletion of your conversation data at any time by contacting us at our email address below.

六、撤銷授權方式 / Revocation of Consent & Permissions

You can revoke Google account access at any time via Google Account Permissions. You can disable or remove the Chrome extension at any time via chrome://extensions.
